After learning about Hong Kong’s food system and the problems that come with it in Dr. Daisy Tam’s lecture, it was time for a more hands on approach.

The African Community found its enclave and safe haven on Lantau Island. A green and lush paradise next to Hongkong Island and only a 30 minutes ferryride away from the bustling city.
